We’ll then travel to Gibbston, where you’ll have the chance to witness the world’s first commercial bungy jump (optional extra) and enjoy wine tasting at a local winery with stunning views.
Gibbston is also famous for its Middle-earth film locations from Lord of the Rings. Take in the movie magic while enjoying a shared cheeseboard and non-alcoholic substitutes.
To conclude, we’ll transfer from land to lake with a scenic 30-minute boat cruise on Lake Whakatipu, ending your tour at the wharf in the heart of Queenstown.
In the event of bad weather that prevents the lake cruise, they’ve partnered with Time Tripper, a multimedia experience at KJet Pier, as an all-weather alternative. Additionally, for groups of fewer than 4 passengers (including when Best of Queenstown is confirmed for only 2), the boat cruise will be replaced by Time Tripper.
