Waterfront Queenstown Studio features a thoughtfully appointed interior with a premium king-size bed, a sleek ensuite bathroom, and a compact kitchenette equipped with a microwave, fridge, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a small table for two. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Queenstown’s beautiful lakeside and mountain surroundings. The studio also offers air conditioning, fast WiFi, and a designated on-site car park for added convenience.

While Waterfront Queenstown Studio does not offer direct lake views from inside, guests are just steps away from the tranquil waterfront. A shared BBQ area and picnic tables provide the ideal spot to soak in the fresh air and mountain vistas. Direct access to the lakeside walking and cycling trail means you’re perfectly placed for scenic morning strolls or sunset walks along Lake Wakatipu.

Baby Accessories:
A portacot, high chair, and baby bath can be provided for a one-time fee of $50. Please advise at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Guests enjoy private use of the entire Waterfront Queenstown Studio, along with full access to the outdoor shared BBQ area, lakefront walking trails, and marina nearby. Your stay includes secure on-site parking for one vehicle.

Getting Around:
This prime lakeside location makes getting around Queenstown easy and hassle-free. A public bus stop is just 100 metres away on Frankton Road, with routes to Queenstown, Frankton, and the airport. NZ Ski and Cardrona buses also stop nearby in ski season. It’s an eight-minute drive to Queenstown’s town centre and a short stroll to Altitude Brewery and the Boatshed Café.

Hello Queenstown Guest Lounge:
Guests staying at Waterfront Queenstown Studio have access to the Hello Queenstown guest lounge at 19 Shotover Street, with secure luggage storage, a comfortable space to work or relax, and a concierge service for activity bookings and dining reservations.

House Rules:
Maximum 2 guests. No pets, no parties or events, no smoking indoors. Minimum age for the booking guest is 25.
