BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS:
Bedroom 1- Queen Size Bed
Bedroom 2- 2 Single Beds that can be made into a super king size bed

*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.

Minimum 3 night stay during Christmas and New Years.

Baby Accessories – Portacot, high chair and baby bath are available on request. Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival.

Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events.

A maximum of 4 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.
