Designed to capture uninterrupted views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain range, this multi-level retreat is ideal for families, couples, or small groups of up to five guests. Whether you’re here for a ski holiday, wine tasting adventure, or simply to relax, this spot offers a superb base to explore everything Queenstown has to offer.

The upper level features a private master bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed and serene lake views. The middle floor houses a bright, open-plan living and kitchen area with a full bathroom, where you can unwind after a day of adventure with a glass of local Otago Pinot Noir or catch up on your favourite streaming shows on the 55-inch smart TV.

Downstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms — one with a queen bed and another with a single — along with a second bathroom, separate toilet, and fully equipped laundry facilities for your convenience.

Step out onto your private balcony to soak in breathtaking lake and mountain views, day or night. The property also includes heating, air conditioning, high-speed fibre internet, and a secure parking space for one vehicle.

Please advise us of any baby equipment needs (portacot, high chair, baby bath) at least 3 days prior to arrival. A $50 fee applies. Bedding changes after check-in incur a $100 fee per bed.
