This beautifully appointed space combines elegance and practicality in a premium lakeside setting. The open-plan living and dining area is filled with natural light, offering sweeping vistas of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. Step out onto the walking and cycle trail directly from your doorstep, or relax in the shared BBQ and garden space while taking in the scenery.
The full kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, perfect for in-home dining. Laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer, make longer stays convenient and hassle-free. Each of the two bedrooms is generously sized, with its own ensuite bathroom for privacy and comfort.

Bedroom 1: King Size Bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds (can be zipped into a King upon request)
Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you would like a different bed setup. Changes requested after check-in will incur a $100 NZD linen reset fee.
Baby Accessories:
We can provide a portacot, high chair, and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.
Guest Access:
Guests have full, private access to the Queenstown Lakefront Luxury Marina Apartment, the shared BBQ and garden area, and the picturesque lakefront trail. A designated on-site parking space is provided for your stay.
Getting Around:
This prime lakeside location is just 6.5 km (approx. 10-minute drive) from Queenstown town centre and 3.5 km from the airport. The Remarkables Ski Field is 21 km away, with a public bus stop a short walk from the main road, offering regular services to Queenstown and Frankton.
Hello Queenstown Guest Lounge:
Guests can enjoy the Hello Queenstown guest lounge at 19 Shotover Street, with secure bag drop services, a comfortable space to relax or work, and a concierge service to assist with pre-booking activities, dining reservations, and more.
House Rules:
Maximum 4 guests. No pets, no parties or events, no smoking indoors. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.
