Welcome to our beautifully renovated three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home, offering breathtaking, unobstructed views of Queenstown Village, Lake Wakatipu, and the Southern Alps. Perfectly located just a 5-minute walk (450 metres) from Queenstown’s lively town centre, you’ll have shops, restaurants, and activities right on your doorstep.

This spacious, light-filled retreat is ideal for families, groups of friends, or couples. High ceilings and open-plan living areas create a warm, social atmosphere, while expansive windows showcase the ever-changing landscape from sunrise to sunset.

Each of the three generously sized bedrooms features super king-size mattresses that can be split into singles, providing flexible sleeping options for any group. The master bedroom boasts a private ensuite, while the main bathroom offers a shower and toilet, and a separate guest toilet is located on the main living level.

Enjoy sweeping panoramic views from every room, whether you’re sipping wine on the balcony or relaxing on the oversized couch in front of a 55-inch smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, and smoothie blender.

Renovated in December 2022, the home features brand-new furnishings, appliances, heating in every room, air conditioning, high-speed fibre WiFi, a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer.

Bedding configuration:

• Bedroom 1: Super King (can split into 2 Singles)

• Bedroom 2: 2 Singles (can be zipped into a Super King)

• Bedroom 3: 2 Singles (can be zipped into a Super King)

Note: Notify us at least 3 days before arrival for alternate bedding setups. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes after check-in.

Baby accessories (portacot, high chair, baby bath) are available for $50 per stay if booked 3 days in advance.
