Inside, the home features warm natural materials, cozy living areas, and peaceful spaces that make it easy to settle in and relax.
The main living areas offer a comfortable environment to unwind after a day exploring Queenstown and the surrounding region.
The property includes a separate office/whare, ideal for remote work or quiet focus if you need to stay connected during your visit.
Outside, the expansive deck creates the perfect place to enjoy the fresh Central Otago air and surrounding views. You can gather around the outdoor fireplace in the “Pinot Pit,” relax in the open outdoor spaces, or enjoy a friendly game on the pétanque court — a fitting addition for a stay located in wine country.

We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the main cottage, outdoor deck, Pinot Pit fireplace area, pétanque court, and surrounding outdoor spaces. The separate office/guest house is also available for guests needing a quiet workspace.
The Shed is located in a peaceful, safe, and welcoming neighbourhood surrounded by scenic landscapes and walking trails. Step outside and you will find beautiful tracks for walking or cycling, perfect for exploring the outdoors.
A relaxed 15-minute walk leads to local shops, cafés, restaurants, and public transport connecting you to Tāhuna / Queenstown. The location offers a calm, rural feel while still being close to Queenstown’s renowned wineries, dining, adventure activities, and alpine scenery.
The nearest bus stop is just 700 m away, making it easy to travel around the area.
The Shed is well positioned for both walking and driving, with plenty of parking space available on the driveway for all sized vehicles.

- At least one guest must be over the age of 25
- No pets, parties, smoking/vaping indoors and absolutely NO glitter.
- 3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5
