The neighborhood

Alpine Village is a quiet, well-maintained complex located in Frankton, offering a relaxed atmosphere while remaining close to the action. You’re just minutes from Remarkables Park shopping centre, cafés, supermarkets, and the lakefront walking trail. The area is ideal for both winter ski trips and summer adventures.

Getting around

A car is recommended for convenience, though public bus stops are opposite the apartment complex, making it easy to travel around the area.
– Queenstown Airport – approx. 5–10 minutes
– Frankton shops & dining – approx. 5 minutes
– Queenstown CBD – approx. 10–12 minutes
– The Remarkables ski field access road – approx. 15 minutes

House Rules:

Maximum of 6 guests
At least one guest must be over the age of 25
No pets, parties, smoking/vaping indoors and absolutely NO glitter.
3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5
Please note: This property is located in a residential area, the quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
