The Space

This charming alpine retreat features three spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, along with a fully equipped kitchen and open-plan living and dining area. Whether you’re whipping up a hearty breakfast or enjoying a cosy night in, everything you need is at your fingertips—including wireless internet access and quality appliances.

Step into the private courtyard to enjoy alfresco dining with mountain views or fire up the BBQ and enjoy Queenstown’s crisp, clean air. A secure double garage offers plenty of room for your 4WD, ski gear, or sports equipment, adding convenience to your alpine adventures.

Surrounded by scenic walking and biking trails and just moments from Coronet Peak, this peaceful location offers easy access to hiking, skiing, and the vibrant attractions of Queenstown’s town centre.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:

• Bedroom 1: Queen Bed
• Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds (can be zipped into King Bed)
• Bedroom 3: Queen Bed

Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival if you would like the beds reconfigured. A $100 fee applies for post-arrival changes.

Baby Accessories: Portacot, high chair, and baby bath available for $50 per stay. Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

House Rules:

• Minimum 3-night stay over Christmas and New Year
• No pets, parties, or smoking indoors
• Maximum of 6 guests
• At least one guest must be 25+ years old
