The Space

This beautifully furnished apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for creating delightful holiday meals. Enjoy restful nights with our premium amenities and luxurious 5-star hotel-grade linens.

SPECIAL NOTICE: Please note apartment access involves external stairs (three floors) and internal stairs (one floor), making it unsuitable for guests with mobility issues.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:

• Bedroom 1: Super King Bed (can be split into singles)
• Bedroom 2: Two Single Beds (can be combined into a Super King)

Please inform us of your preferred bedding arrangement at least 3 days prior to arrival; changes requested after arrival will incur a $100 fee per bed.

Baby Accessories: Available upon request—portacot, high chair, and baby bath—for a $50 fee. Please notify us 3 days in advance.

House Rules:

• No pets, parties, or indoor smoking.
• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
• Primary booking guest ideally 25+ years old (contact us if younger).

Guest Access: Enjoy private access to the entire apartment.

Minimum Stay: A minimum of 3 nights applies during Christmas/New Year.
