With all brand-new furniture as of September 26, 2024, this home brings fresh comfort and contemporary style to your Queenstown holiday.
Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the open-plan kitchen, living area, and brand-new deck, or relax in the north-facing rear courtyard—private, low-maintenance, and bathed in sunshine. A heat pump, wood burner, and heat transfer system ensure comfort in every season.
Conveniently close to Fernhill’s popular biking and walking tracks, this home is perfect for those looking to explore the great outdoors.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
- Master Bedroom: King Bed (can be split into 2 Singles)
- Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds (can be zipped into a King Bed)
- Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds (can be zipped into a King Bed)
Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like a different bedding configuration. Requests made after arrival will incur a $100 fee per bed for linen change and setup.
Baby Accessories: Portacot, high chair, and baby bath are available for $50 per stay. Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
