The Space
Our home is brand new (October 2024) and is very modern. Spacious with two generous bedrooms & two full bathrooms. The views are simply world-class. There’s no other way of saying it. Gorgeous views of the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu. You will absolutely love watching the fantastic colours change throughout the day over the mountains and the lake as the sun rises and sets.
Relax after a day skiing or hiking on the large balcony, or sit and the luxurious chairs or sofa while you sip a delicious glass of amazing local New Zealand wine.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: A Super King Size Bed that can be split into 2 Singles
Bedroom 2: A Super King Size Bed that can be split into 2 Singles
*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on*
Baby Accessories – We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
We welcome everyone to come and stay in our home and simply ask that you care for it responsibly.
We provide an exceptionally clean home and the highest quality 5-star hotel grade linen and towels, along with high quality pillows for all beds.
Please, no pets, no parties and no smoking indoors. A maximum of four guests are allowed.
Ideally the guest making the reservation must be over the age of 25. Please contact us if the guest making the booking is under 25… we are still willing to consider your booking, we just want to discuss with you first.
Guest access: You will have access to the entire property.
Other things to note: Please note: we have a 3 night minimum stay over the Christmas and New Year period.
