Kia Ora and welcome to our beautiful home, perfectly located for spectacular Queenstown views and just 450 metres (a 5-minute walk) from downtown. You’ll find fabulous restaurants, shops, and activities close by—all just a stroll away. Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.
The Space
This large, light-filled retreat is designed for comfort and connection, with high ceilings and an open-plan layout that’s ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends. The three spacious bedrooms all feature super king-size mattresses that can be split into singles, providing flexible sleeping arrangements to suit any group.
Enjoy sweeping, unobstructed views from every room—over Lake Wakatipu, the Southern Alps, the Gondola, and Queenstown Village. Take in the ever-changing colours of the sunrise and sunset from the balcony or while relaxing on the cozy, oversized couch with a glass of local Central Otago wine.
The master bedroom includes a private ensuite with shower and toilet. The main bathroom also features a shower and toilet, and there’s a third separate guest toilet on the main living level.

- 55-inch internet-connected smart TV
- Heating in all bedrooms, air conditioning, high-speed fibre WiFi

Extensively renovated in December 2022, the property features all-new furnishings, appliances, and comforts to ensure a restful stay.

- Bedroom 1: Super King Bed (can be split into 2 Singles)
- Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds (can be zipped into Super King)
- Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds (can be zipped into Super King)
Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival for alternate bedding setup. A $100 per-bed fee applies for reconfiguration after check-in.
Baby Accessories: Portacot, high chair, and baby bath available for $50 per stay. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.
