Recently renovated in March 2023 and fully outfitted with brand-new furniture and appliances, it’s an ideal holiday base for families, three couples, or a group of friends.
The Space
With high ceilings, an open-plan layout, and wall-to-wall windows, this home provides a bright and airy atmosphere. Relax on the large balcony, soak up the amazing views, or unwind on the plush couch with a glass of New Zealand wine. The 55-inch smart TV and high-speed fibre internet ensure you’re connected and entertained.
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as induction cooking, a rice cooker, smoothie blender, toaster, microwave, and all the cookware needed for your stay. Enjoy group meals in the scenic dining area or on the balcony.
The master bedroom includes a private ensuite with shower and toilet. A second full bathroom serves Bedrooms 2 and 3, and a third guest toilet is conveniently located off the living area.
