This thoughtfully designed open-plan loft features a relaxing lounge area with a smart TV and a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed, making it ideal for couples or small groups of up to four. The sleeping area includes a plush king-size bed that can be split into two singles if needed. Simply advise us at least three days before arrival for your preferred setup. A $100 fee applies for any changes requested after check-in.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes a stove, kettle, coffee maker, and rice cooker — perfect for preparing simple meals and hot drinks after a day exploring Queenstown or carving up the slopes. The modern bathroom is sleek, functional, and stocked with essentials for a comfortable stay.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire Remarkables Ski-In/Ski-Out Loft via a private entrance located above a commercial space. Entry is through a separate shared door at street level, with a short flight of stairs leading to your private entrance. Arrival details will be sent three days prior to check-in.
