Completed in May 2024, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday home was designed to cater for families, couples, and small groups seeking a luxurious and convenient alpine base. The open-plan living and dining area is a welcoming space to relax, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing stunning panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen is a dream for self-caterers, with high-end appliances and plenty of space for preparing meals. Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV provide entertainment after a day of adventure, while a heat pump ensures the home stays warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer.

Lakeview Gem Queenstown features three generous bedrooms with flexible bedding configurations to suit any group. Two stylish bathrooms, laundry facilities including a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board, plus complimentary on-site parking, make this home both beautiful and practical.

• Master Bedroom: King Size Bed (can be split into 2 Singles)

• Second Bedroom: 2 Single Beds (can be zipped into King Size)

• Third Bedroom: 2 Single Beds (can be zipped into King Size)

• Living Room: King Size Ecosa Sofa Bed ($198 per stay – linen provided for self-set up)

Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival for alternative bedding configurations. Any requests made after arrival will incur a $100 fee per bed.

Baby Accessories: Portacot, high chair, and baby bath available for $50 per stay. Notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival to book.

House Rules:
No pets, no parties, no smoking indoors. Maximum of 6 guests, and at least one guest must be aged 25 or older.
