Take Your Skiing or Snowboarding to the Next Level.

If you’ve been skiing or snowboarding before, thrive in a group environment & want to progress your skills, jump on an Adult Group Lesson. They start at 10.30am each day.

Join our Adult Group Lessons at Cardrona Ski Field and elevate your skills with expert instruction! Choose from a range of group lesson options tailored to your ability: Full day of instruction: Spend the day improving your technique and confidence.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through Cardrona’s diverse terrain, helping you master new skills and tackle more challenging runs.

This Package includes

  • Full Lift Pass
  • Ski or Snowboard Rental (Standard)
  • 1 Group Lesson

Can add on (additional cost)

  • Transport – $84 PP
  • Accessories & Clothing bundle – $174 PP

*Please allow plenty of time to be fitted with your ski or snowboard rental equipment before the lesson starts – aim to be at the Lesson Meeting Area 10mins before your lesson*

Full day group lesson (10.30am - 3.45pm)
Check In
Check in closes 30 min before departure time for all activities.
Location: 50 Cardrona Valley Road Wānaka, New Zealand.
Transport
Multiple pick-up locations in the Queenstown area.

The restrictions

Physical
Good overall physical fitness / Good cardiovascular endurance / Ability to withstand cold weather conditions/ Valid passport for ID.
Please specify in notes what level of ski or riding ability you have.
First Timer - Never Skied or Snowboarded before 
Beginner - Working on stopping and turning on the beginning area 
Novice - Linking turns on green runs, discovering new terrain 
Intimate - Skiing or riding blue runs improving skills exploring new terrain 
Advance - Skiing or riding red or black runs, sharpening skills on varied terrain and conditions.

Pregnancy & Babies
Not suitable for pregnant women.
Children
Minimum age 6 YRS - a guardian or parent must accompany the child on the tour.
Children under 6 years old - Please inquire.

The common questions

Cameras are recommended, but carried at you own risk, must be mounted.
Dress for the weather -layering and choosing the right materials to keep you warm, dry, and comfortable, enclosed shoes are a must.
Bring a small backpack with you to hold your belongings, there are lockers at base building at a additional cost.
All trips operate dependent on weather, please check website if ski field is open.
Single day and date specific Multi-Day lift passes can be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to the date of booking, if capacity allows.
An additional charge may apply if the dates you are booking are at a higher rate.
Refunds are not assumed and are at the discretion of Cardrona Ski Resort. Medical certificates may be required to support your request.
