What to Expect:
Dawn departure – Flights operate early in the morning for the best weather conditions and lighting.
Pickup included – Complimentary transport from central Queenstown and Frankton Road accommodation. Meeting points arranged for those staying further out.
1-hour flight – After a safety briefing and balloon inflation, you’ll float above the Wakatipu Basin for approximately 60 minutes.
Help the crew – Guests are welcome to assist with inflating and packing down the balloon.
Post-flight celebration – Enjoy a light breakfast of pastries and a celebratory glass of bubbles in the field.
Total experience time – Allow 3.5 to 4 hours from pickup to drop-off.
