In the afternoon, you’ll embark on a thrilling 2-hour jet boat ride into Mt Aspiring National Park and Te Wāhipounamu UNESCO World Heritage Area. The expert drivers will share fascinating stories about the area’s history, Māori legends, and unique flora and fauna as we cover 90km of crystal-clear river.

The restrictions

Physical
Getting in and out of Altitude vehicle & Dart River Jet boat, walking around scenic film stops.
Children must be over 1 metre tall, but this may be increased to 1.2 metres in certain river conditions.
Accessibility
We do not have the capability to lift individuals into our vans. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. If you are unable to get in and out of the jet boat without assistance, you are required to have two support people who are able to assist you in and out of the boat. These support people must also be booked on your trip.
Pregnancy & Babies
Not Suitable for Pregnant women.
Children
Minimum age 5 - 15 YRS - a guardian or parent must accompany the child on the tour.

Dress for the weather, enclosed shoes are a must.
You are welcome to leave your belongings in our vehicles.
We operate whenever weather & river conditions are safe to do so (we do not operate in fog or torrential rain).
