Transport
Either self-drive to our departure lounge at the Queenstown airport where we have ample complimentary parking and aim to be here 20 minutes prior to lift off. Alternatively, we can arrange a pick up from your Queenstown accommodation 30 minutes prior to lift off.

Please note that this adventure involves walking on and off the Helicopter as well as exploring area your land by foot.

No separate rates for children, as pricing is based on the helicopter.

Cameras are recommended, but carried at your own risk.
Dress for the weather – comfortable clothes, closed toe shoes are a must.

Weather checks are made 1 HR before your departure time.
Please note that this activity has different cancellation and refund terms to our standard policy.
Cancellation with 24hrs of the tour date: 25% refund.
Within 7 Days prior to the tour date: 50% refund.
8 Days or more prior to the tour date: 100% refund.

Flights are weather dependent and subject to the pilots discretion. In the event of cancellation due to weather, we endeavor to work with other tourism activity providers to swap dates or arrange an alternative trip. If all this fails there will be a 100% refund provided.
