Experience The Thrill Of Winter Paragliding

Soar to new heights and experience the rush of paragliding from the top of Coronet Peak Ski Field, one of the most iconic ski resorts in New Zealand. Take a scenic ski lift to 5,500ft above sea level, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

**Mountain Access:** Please note that this experience is only available once the Coronet Peak ski-field opens, and you will need to take the chairlift to access the top of the mountain. The chairlift pass is not included in the price of the flight, and you can purchase it from Skytrek at check-in for $35 per person.

Experience the thrill of paragliding in Queenstown this winter! Take a tandem flight from the top of Coronet Peak Ski field, lifted to 5500ft via the ski lift. Available mid-June to September, this is an exhilarating way to take in the breathtaking views of the Southern Alps, in Queenstown, New Zealand.

TIME OF TOUR: Every 1.5 hours (9am - 2:34pm)
Check In
Check In 30 minutes prior to departure time.
Location: 45 Camp Street inside the Ziptrek Shop.
Transport
Yes, we provide transport- you must check in at our CBD office, OR Self drive.

The restrictions

Physical
Small jog and light walk at landing sight. Maximum weight for paragliding is 120kg. No minimum weight.
Accessibility
Individuals using wheelchairs may face challenges participating in this activity and is not recommended.
Pregnancy & Babies
Not suitable for pregnant women.
Children
Minimum age 8 YRS - a guardian or parent must accompany the child on the tour.

The common questions

Small action cameras can be chest-mounted. Attached equipment is at the pilot’s discretion.
Dress for the weather, Enclosed footwear is a must.
You’re welcome to leave your belongings in our van.
Weather checks are made 1 HR before your departure time.
