Elevate Your Experience With Coronet Peak Paragliding

Take to the skies and experience the thrill of paragliding from the highest commercial launch site in New Zealand, situated 4,000ft above Coronet Peak. With stunning views of the surrounding landscape, you’ll feel the rush of adrenaline as you soar through the air for up to 20 minutes.

Your pilot will gently guide you through the steps required to become airborne with us so you can enjoy the breath taking views from Coronet Peak across the Queenstown Surrounds. Our friendly and professional team of tandem pilots are highly experienced and will ensure your experience will be one to remember!

Check In 30 minutes prior to departure time.
Location: 45 Camp Street inside the Ziptrek Shop.

Yes, we provide transport- you must check in at our CBD office, OR Self drive.

The restrictions

Physical
Small jog and light walk at landing sight.
Maximum Weight is 120 kg but reduces from March to May to 110kg (included clothing and footwear). No minimum weight.
Accessibility
Individuals using wheelchairs may face challenges participating in this activity and is not recommended.
Pregnancy & Babies
Not suitable for pregnant women.
Children
Minimum age 8 YRS - a guardian or parent must accompany the child on the tour.

The common questions

Small action cameras can be chest-mounted. Attached equipment is at the pilot’s discretion.
Dress for the weather, enclosed footwear is a must.
You’re welcome to leave your belongings in our van.
Weather checks are made 1 HR before your departure time.
