Duration: 2 HRS Dart River Jet boat / 3.5 hours from pick up to drop off Pardise Zipline
TIME OF TOUR: 9:30 AM (Dart River Jet Boat) / 1:30 PM (Paradise Zipline)

Check In closes for Dart River 30 minutes prior to departure time / Check-in closes for Paradise Zipline 10 minutes before

Location: Dart River office: 45 Mull Street, Glenorchy 9372 / Paradise Zipline : 13 Mull Street, Glenorchy - Glenorchy (Corner of Jetty and Mull Streets) - Outside the last building on the right as you head to the Lake (Akin Cafe). This is where our tour starts, as you are not able to take a private vehicle onto the land we operate on. There is a sign here indicating the pick up spot - paradise do not have an office.

Self Drive Only - Drive Time 45 MIN / 1 HR - Allow time for photo stops.

Additional Inclusions
N/A - Many great local eateries available in Glenorchy. You'll have approximately 1.5hrs available between activities.

The restrictions

Physical
Getting in and out of the jet boat, must be able to grip hand rail / Water confidence (must be able to swim) / Minimum height is 100cm, but may be increased to 120cm in some river conditions

Accessibility
If for any reason, medical or otherwise, you are unable to get into and out of the jet boat without assistance, you are required to have two support people who are able to get you in and out and they must also be booked on your trip. You must also be able to hold onto the handrail and brace yourself with your feet for the full duration of the trip.

Minimum age 5 YRS - a guardian or parent must accompany the child on the tour. ( Min height - 1 M)

Cameras are recommended, but carried at your own risk. Must be mounted.

What should I wear?

Dress for the weather, enclosed shoes are a must, you may get wet.

Are there safety lockers?

Lockers are available at the Dart River base building.

What if the weather is bad?

We operate whenever weather & river conditions are safe to do so (we do not operate in fog or torrential rain).

What is the cancellation policy?
