The Space

Goldleaf is one of Queenstown’s most sought-after holiday houses. With expansive living spaces, stunning views, and a private spa pool, this property offers both comfort and elegance. Perfect for après-ski relaxation or summer BBQs, it’s designed to bring everyone together.

This spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it ideal for up to 8 guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine and opens onto a large dining area—perfect for sharing memorable meals. Stay cozy beside the double-sided indoor wood fireplace, or unwind with SKY TV (including SKY SPORTS), a DVD player, CD player, and surround sound.

Step outside to enjoy the spa pool, large deck, outdoor furniture, and beautifully lit evening ambiance. Whether you’re enjoying a sunrise coffee or stargazing in the spa, this home creates lasting memories.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:

• Bedroom 1: King Bed (can be split into 2 Singles)
• Bedroom 2: King Bed
• Bedroom 3: Queen Bed
• Bedroom 4: 2 Single Beds

Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival if you’d like any beds reconfigured. Post-arrival requests incur a $100 fee per bed for linen change and service.

Baby Accessories: Portacot, high chair, and baby bath available for $50 per stay. Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

House Rules:

• No pets, parties, or smoking indoors
• Maximum of 8 guests
• At least one guest must be 25+ years old
• Minimum 3-night stay over Christmas and New Year
