The Space

This recently renovated ~140sqm residence features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate guest toilet, and a spacious single garage. Nestled at the end of a quiet private lane, the home enjoys a peaceful setting atop one of the most expansive ridgeline sections in the area, offering privacy and panoramic views.

From the open-plan kitchen, living area, and newly constructed deck, you’ll enjoy uninterrupted views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables. The rear courtyard is north-facing, private, and low-maintenance—an ideal retreat for enjoying Queenstown’s serene landscape. A heat pump, wood burner, and heat transfer system provide year-round comfort.

Located close to Fernhill’s scenic biking and walking trails, the home is perfect for outdoor adventurers and those looking to unwind in comfort.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:

• Master Bedroom: King Bed (can be split into 2 Singles)
• Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds (can be zipped into a King Bed)
• Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds (can be zipped into a King Bed)

Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like a different bedding configuration. Requests made after arrival will incur a $100 fee per bed for linen change and setup.

Baby Accessories: Portacot, high chair, and baby bath are available for $50 per stay. Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
