The Space
With a spacious open-plan layout and high ceilings, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is ideal for families, three couples, or groups of friends. The three generously sized bedrooms feature super king mattresses that can be split into singles for flexibility, making it easy to accommodate any group.
Enjoy spectacular, unobstructed views of Lake Wakatipu, Queenstown village, the Southern Alps, and the Gondola from every room. Soak in the stunning mountain colours from sunrise to sunset, whether you’re enjoying coffee on the balcony or lounging in the cosy living room.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, gas stove, microwave, rice cooker, smoothie blender, and toaster—perfect for preparing meals at home. Relax after your adventures with the 55-inch internet-connected TV, and stay cosy with heating, air conditioning, and a gas fireplace.
Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer. The home also provides a dedicated parking space and additional visitor parking.

- Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds (can be zipped into Super King)
- Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds (can be zipped into Super King)
Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival for alternative bedding setup. A $100 fee per bed will apply for any changes requested after check-in.
Baby Accessories: Portacot, high chair, and baby bath are available for $50 per stay. Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
