Physical
Involves some uphill walking over uneven ground with steps - good mobility required.
Accessibility
Individuals using wheelchairs may face challenges participating in this activity and is not recommended.
Pregnancy & Babies
Pregnant women are welcome to participate. Please indicate in the notes during checkout if you are pregnant.
Children
Minimum age 4 YRS - a guardian or parent must accompany the child on the tour.

The common questions

Cameras are recommended, but carried at your own risk.
Sturdy footwear, supportive hiking shoes with a closed toe and no slip tread / Adequate layers as the weather can change rapidly and may be different to town/ Waterproof jacket, water bottle, sunglasses, sunscreen, camera, small day pack, hat, gloves and snacks.
Bring a small back pack to keep your belongings with you.
We operate in all weather, unless the track is closed.
