The Space
This fabulous house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate guest toilet and a spacious single garage. Please note… this house will have all brand new furniture as of September 26, 2024. New beds, sofas, dining suite, etc.

Conveniently located near Fernhill’s walking and biking trails, it also offers opportunities for outdoor adventures and exploration.

The views are simply spectacular! Huge uninterrupted views of Lake Wakatipu, the Remarkables Mountain Range and the surrounding mountains.

Master Bedroom: King Size Bed (Can Be Make into 2 Singles*)
Second Bedroom: 2 Single Beds (Can Be Zipped Into a King Size Bed*)
Third Bedroom: 2 Single Beds (Can Be Zipped Into a King Size Bed*)
*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival.

If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed.
This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.

Baby Accessories – We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
