The Space
Thoughtfully designed for families or small groups, this cosy three-bedroom, two-bathroom home boasts breathtaking views of Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu, and the Remarkables Mountain Range. Whether you’re relaxing in the open-plan living area, cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, or unwinding on one of two outdoor decks, the ever-changing colours of the mountains and lake are your constant backdrop.
The home features a spacious lounge with a wood-burning fireplace, ideal for cosy winter evenings. Cooks will love the well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals to enjoy with a view.
Situated near Fernhill’s scenic walking and biking trails, this home is a great base for exploring the outdoors. Free parking is available for two cars on the driveway.

- Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed (Single over Double)
Baby Accessories: Portacot, high chair, and baby bath are available for $50 per stay. Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
House Rules:
- No pets, parties, or smoking indoors
- Maximum of 6 guests
- At least one guest must be 25+ years old (contact us if younger)
- 3-night minimum stay applies during the Christmas and New Year period
- Garage and select storage cupboards are not accessible
