The Space

This stylish retreat features two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it perfect for couples, families, or friends seeking comfort and serenity. The apartment is filled with natural light and designed for relaxation with high-end furnishings and an open-concept layout.

Step onto the expansive balcony and take in panoramic vistas of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables Mountain Range. Watch the sky transform with every sunrise and sunset, or unwind indoors with a glass of local wine on the luxurious lounge suite.

The modern kitchen is a dream for home chefs, featuring high-quality appliances, ample space, and everything needed to prepare delicious meals.

Please note:

• One internal flight of stairs from the garage to the apartment
• External security camera by the front door

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:

• Bedroom 1: Super King Bed (can be split into 2 Singles)
• Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds (can be zipped into Super King)

Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival for bed reconfiguration. Post-arrival changes incur a $100 per-bed fee.

Baby Accessories: Portacot, high chair, and baby bath available for $50 per stay. Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

House Rules:

• No pets, smoking, or parties
• Maximum 4 guests
• At least one guest must be 25+ years old (contact us to discuss exceptions)
• 3-night minimum stay applies during the Christmas and New Year period
