The Space
Entry leads into the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, with the bedroom just off the living space and a hallway connecting through to the bathroom and laundry. A private patio completes the suite.
Access is from the lower (lakefront) car park, then via external stairs — so the suite isn’t wheelchair accessible.

House Rules
Maximum of 2 guests. At least one guest in the booking party must be 25 years or older. No pets, no parties, and no smoking or vaping indoors — and absolutely no glitter. A 3-night minimum stay applies over the Christmas–New Year period (20 December – 5 January). This property sits in a residential area; quiet hours are 10:00pm–7:00am.
