The Space
Set across three levels for privacy, the villa is fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry, a living and dining area, two balconies, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The top floor holds the third bedroom, the middle level the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, and the lower level both remaining bedrooms and both bathrooms.
Access is from the lower (lakefront) car park, then via external and internal stairs — so the villa isn’t wheelchair accessible.
Bed Configuration
- Bedroom 1 — King Bed (does not split)
- Bedroom 2 — King Bed (can be split into 2x Singles)
- Bedroom 3 — King Bed (can be split into 2x Singles)
Please let us know your preferred bed configuration at least 3 days prior to arrival. Changes requested after check-in incur a fee of NZD $75, covering our cleaning team’s return visit to rearrange beds and fit fresh linen.
Guest Access
Guests have full use of the whole villa — kitchen, living and dining area, all three bedrooms, both bathrooms and both balconies — plus free, uncovered parking in the lower (lakefront) car park (one space per villa).
The Neighbourhood
Villa del Lago sits on the lakeside of Frankton Road — a small, private complex above the Queenstown Trail, with sweeping lake and mountain views and none of the traffic of a busier street.

A portacot, high chair and baby bath can be provided on request for a fee of NZD $50 — please let us know at least 3 days prior to arrival.
House Rules
Maximum of 6 guests. At least one guest in the booking party must be 25 years or older. No pets, no parties, and no smoking or vaping indoors — and absolutely no glitter. This property sits in a residential area; quiet hours are 10:00pm–7:00am.

This apartment is self-check-in; arrival instructions are sent by email prior to check-in. There’s no staffed reception on site, but our team is available daily by phone or message for anything you need.
