Perfect for up to 6 guests, this stylish three-bedroom lakeview villa is a spacious, condo-style apartment set in a peaceful alpine lakeside location, with lake and mountain views from every room.
The Space
Set across three levels for privacy, the villa is fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry, a living and dining area, two balconies, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Entry leads into a hallway with stairs up to the third bedroom and down to the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area (with balcony), then further down to the two remaining bedrooms and bathrooms.
Access is via external stairs only, so the villa isn’t wheelchair accessible.
Bed Configuration
- Bedroom 1 (Main) — King Bed (does not split)
- Bedroom 2 — Super King Bed (can be split into 2x Singles)
- Bedroom 3 — Super King Bed (can be split into 2x Singles)
Please let us know your preferred bed configuration at least 3 days prior to arrival. Changes requested after check-in incur a fee of NZD $75, covering our cleaning team’s return visit to rearrange beds and fit fresh linen.
Guest Access
Guests have full use of the whole villa — kitchen, living and dining area, all three bedrooms, both bathrooms and both balconies — plus free, uncovered parking in the top car park (not allocated).
The Neighbourhood
Villa del Lago sits on the lakeside of Frankton Road — a small, private complex above the Queenstown Trail, with sweeping lake and mountain views.

A portacot, high chair and baby bath can be provided on request for a fee of NZD $50 — please let us know at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Maximum of 6 guests.
At least one guest in the booking party must be 22 years or older.
No pets, no parties, and no smoking or vaping indoors — and absolutely no glitter.
A 3-night minimum stay applies over the Christmas–New Year period (20 December – 5 January).
This property sits in a residential area; quiet hours are 10:00pm–7:00am.

This apartment is self-check-in; arrival instructions are sent by email prior to check-in. There’s no staffed reception on site, but our team is available daily by phone or message for anything you need.
