The Space
Spread over two levels, the home is designed to make the most of its outlook, with two separate decks and double-glazed windows keeping the views wide open while shutting out the cold.

Outdoor: Two decks in total, ideal for taking in the alpine and lake views.

Bedroom 2: 1 King bed or 2 Single beds, downstairs

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after check-in incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.
Guest Access
Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, living areas, all three bedrooms, bathrooms, and decks, plus dedicated parking off-street.

Fernhill sits on the lower slopes above Queenstown, just minutes from town by car, with walking and biking trails right on the doorstep for those wanting to get outdoors.

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee. A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward. Baby accessories (portacot, high chair, baby bath) are available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival, later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you’re staying more than 5 days, we’d recommend picking up extra during your stay.
House Rules
Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter
3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5
This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
