- During the colder months, the driveway can become slippery due to frost, ice, or snow. Grit is applied to improve traction, however we recommend driving slowly and taking extra care when entering or leaving the property.
- Enjoy uninterrupted lake and mountain views from the living areas and balcony.
- This home is ideal for families, couples, business travellers, and small groups.
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect neighbouring properties.
- No parties, events, smoking, vaping, or pets are permitted.
- At least one guest must be over the age of 25.
- A minimum 3-night stay applies from 20 December to 5 January.
