The Space

Step into our welcoming haven featuring four bedrooms and two and a half baths, ideal for a relaxing stay in Queenstown.

The floor to ceiling windows frame the most jaw-dropping views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables mountains. You will absolutely love watching the fantastic colours change throughout the day over the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu as the sun rises and sets. There is a huge sun soaked deck area with stunning views.

Our fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining area invites culinary adventures, while high-speed fibre internet access ensures seamless connectivity throughout your visit. There is a large living area, with a separate entertainment room. There is also a dedicated workspace in the entertainment room.

Stay comfortable with heating and air conditioning, and take advantage of the convenience of a washing machine and dryer.

We provide high-quality bed linen and towels for your comfort, along with an iron and ironing board to keep you looking sharp.

Whether you’re exploring the local attractions or simply unwinding in our cozy retreat, our amenities are designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Bedroom 1- King Bed (Cannot be split)
Bedroom 2- 2x Single Beds (Can Be Made into a Super King Size Bed)
Bedroom 3- 2x Singles Beds (Can Be Made into a Super King Size Bed)
Bedroom 4- 2x Singles Beds (Can Be Made into a Super King Size Bed)
*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.

We can provide a baby bath, port-a-cot and high chair at no charge, but you must let us know when you book the accommodation or at least 3 days before you arrive. Otherwise a charge of $50 will be charged to bring the items out to your house.

Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events.

A maximum of 8 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.
