The Space

The Evolution Series house features energy-efficient amenities, including under-floor heating, a gas fire, six heat pumps, and a solar-powered water heater. Every detail in the four-bedroom residence, with one bedroom downstairs and three upstairs, is crafted to minimize energy consumption and promote environmental responsibility.

This stunning retreat boasts modern, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating an inviting space for relaxation and entertainment. The fully equipped modern kitchen ensures convenience for preparing meals. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there’s ample space for up to eight guests to enjoy their stay. *Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.

Baby Accessories – Portacot, high chair and baby bath are available on request. Please let us know at least 3 days prior to check in.
