Welcome to our beautiful home, perfectly located for some of the best incredible views in Queenstown and just 800 metres (an 8–10 minute walk) from downtown’s restaurants, shops, and adventure activities. Our cosy retreat has everything you need to create unforgettable Queenstown holiday memories.

The Space

This warm and inviting home features an open-plan dining and living area with three comfortable bedrooms, perfect for families, couples, or small groups. Enjoy a glass of local wine while relaxing in the lounge and soaking in world-class incredible views of the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu.

Watch the sky transform with the rising and setting sun, framed perfectly by expansive windows in the main living areas.

Each bedroom includes high-quality mattresses and individual heaters to ensure year-round comfort.

Please note: The deck has been removed. While the sliding glass doors still open, a glass barrier prevents access to the outdoor area.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:

• Master Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed
• Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds (can be zipped into Super King)
• Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed

Please inform us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you require bed reconfiguration. A $100 per-bed fee applies for changes made after check-in.

Baby Accessories: Portacot, high chair, and baby bath available for $50 per stay. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.
