The Space
Recently renovated throughout, with a refreshed bathroom and a new electric fireplace and heat pump for year-round comfort. Entry leads into the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, with the bedroom just off the living space and a hallway connecting through to the bathroom and laundry. A private patio completes the suite.
Access is from the lower (lakefront) car park via external stairs — so the suite is not wheelchair accessible.

Guests have full use of the whole suite — kitchen, living and dining area, bedroom, bathroom and patio — plus free, uncovered parking in the lower (lakefront) car park (one space per villa).
The Neighbourhood
Villa del Lago is a small, private complex on the lakeside of Frankton Road, set above the Queenstown Trail with sweeping lake and mountain views. Its elevated, lakefront position gives it a peaceful, tucked-away feel.
