A beautiful, tranquil one-bedroom suite set right on the lakefront, with floor-to-ceiling glass opening onto full lake and mountain views.
The Space
Entry leads into the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, with sliding doors out to the patio. A hallway connects through to the bathroom, laundry cupboard and bedroom. The suite has been freshly updated throughout, with new furnishings, a newly renovated bathroom, and a heat pump/air conditioning unit for year-round climate control alongside the electric fire.

Guest Access
Guests have full use of the whole suite — kitchen, living and dining area, bedroom, bathroom and patio — plus free, uncovered parking in the lower (lakefront) car park (not allocated).
The Neighbourhood
Villa Del Lago is set on the lakeside of Frankton Road — a small, private complex with magnificent lake and mountain views, situated right above the Queenstown Trail.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know
Stairs: Access is from the lower (lakefront) car park, through the storage lockers, then via external stairs. This suite is not wheelchair accessible.
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on
Frankton Track is undergoing works till 2027 Q2.
Some units in the Villa del Lago complex is undergoing new fireplace installations until 2027 Q2.
Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you’re staying more than 5 days, we’d recommend picking up extra during your stay.
House Rules
Maximum of 2 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.
At least one guest must be over the age of 22
No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter
This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Interaction with Guests
This suite has self check in, and your arrival instructions will be emailed to you 24 hours before arrival. There is no reception on site.
