The Space
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area sits at the front of the suite behind full-height glazing, with the bedroom just off to the side and a private patio for enjoying the view. As a corner unit, one side of the outlook is softened by privacy planting, though the lake and mountain view remains uninterrupted.
Access is via external stairs only from the top car park (roughly 40 steps), so the suite isn’t wheelchair accessible.

Please let us know your preferred bed configuration at least 3 days prior to arrival. Changes requested after check-in incur a fee of NZD $75, covering our cleaning team’s return visit to rearrange beds and fit fresh linen.
Guest Access
Guests have full use of the whole suite — kitchen, living and dining area, bedroom, bathroom and patio — plus free, uncovered parking in the top car park (not allocated).
The Neighbourhood
Villa del Lago sits on the lakeside of Frankton Road — a small, private complex above the Queenstown Trail, with sweeping lake and mountain views.

A portacot, high chair and baby bath can be provided on request for a fee of NZD $50 — please let us know at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Maximum of 2 guests.
At least one guest in the booking party must be 22 years or older.
No pets, no parties, and no smoking or vaping indoors — and absolutely no glitter.
A 3-night minimum stay applies over the Christmas–New Year period (20 December – 5 January).
This property sits in a residential area; quiet hours are 10:00pm–7:00am.
