The space

The neighbourhood
Frankton Road puts you right on the doorstep of Queenstown — close enough to walk everywhere but with enough distance to feel relaxed. Restaurants, cafés, the lakefront, and the CBD are all an easy downhill stroll. The Orbus bus stops directly outside the building.

Town centre: 10-minute walk or 4-minute drive.
Airport: 8 minutes by car.
Remarkables: ~35 min drive.
Coronet Peak: ~25 min drive.
