It features a private entrance, a comfortable bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchenette for simple meals and morning coffee. The living area is bright and positioned to capture views of the surrounding mountains. Finished with quality materials throughout, the space feels warm and thoughtfully designed despite its compact size.
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, it offers a calm setting just a short drive or walk from Queenstown’s lakefront, dining, and attractions—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring.

Good to know
1. Street parking only – Free on-street parking is available nearby, but there is no dedicated on-site space.
2. Private suite within a shared home – The unit is part of a larger property, however it is fully self-contained with its own private entrance for your stay.
3. Compact and efficient layout – The suite is thoughtfully designed for comfort, best suited to couples or solo travellers rather than larger groups.
4. No laundry facilities – There is no washer or dryer in the suite, so longer stays may require planning.
5. Short walk back uphill – The return walk from town is uphill, so some guests may prefer to drive or use transport after a day out.
Guests have full and exclusive access to the self-contained lower-level suite — bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and living area — via a private separate entry. The upstairs residence is independently let and is not part of this booking. Self check-in is available via an on-site lockbox, to which we will share information for 1 day prior to your arrival.
