Family-Friendly Extras: We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.

Good to Know
1. The driveway is short but steep — please take care on approach, particularly in wet conditions. Low-clearance vehicles may have difficulty.
2. All bedrooms are on the upper level, accessed via an internal staircase (14 steps). This property may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
3. The balcony is not safe for use and is off-limits during your stay.
4. The fireplace is decorative only — please do not use it. The property is well heated via heat pumps and bedroom heaters.
5. The garage has a 2.1m height clearance — large vehicles (SUVs, vans) should check clearance before attempting entry. Roadside parking is available as an alternative.

Guests have full and private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, balcony, and laundry facilities. Self check-in is available for a smooth and flexible arrival. Free on-site parking is included.
