A fully equipped chef’s kitchen comes complete with high-end appliances, stone benchtops, and all the essentials needed for preparing and serving meals. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto expansive decks with panoramic views, ideal for unwinding with local Central Otago wine as the sun sets over the mountains.

For relaxation, guests can enjoy the private Onsen-style outdoor bath or gather in the entertainment lounge for a movie night, a game of pool, or simply to unwind by the fire.

The property includes five well-appointed bedrooms offering comfort, privacy, and generous space for families or groups.

A BBQ is available for guest use. If you would like to use it during your stay, please inform us at least 3 days prior to your arrival. A $150 fee applies, covering the gas bottle, BBQ usage, and professional cleaning after your stay.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including designer interiors, private landscaped gardens, entertainment areas, and secure off-street parking for multiple vehicles.
