Just minutes from town, this property is the perfect place to stay in Queenstown for families or couples seeking comfort, scenery, and a little indulgence.

The Space

Step into an airy, open-plan living area with high ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and large windows showcasing mountain views that transform throughout the day. Unwind on the plush couches with a glass of local NZ wine or stream your favourite shows on the 50-inch smart TV with high-speed fibre internet.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and all essentials, complemented by a scenic dining area perfect for shared meals and special moments.

This home includes two bathrooms (one with a bathtub), a laundry area with washer and dryer, and everything you need for practical and comfortable living.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:

• Bedroom 1: King Bed
• Bedroom 2: King Bed
• Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds (can be zipped into Super King)

Please notify us of any bedding changes at least 3 days prior to arrival. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes requested after arrival.

Year-round comfort is ensured with a wood-burning fireplace, nightstore heater, and additional heating in each bedroom. The property offers off-street parking for two cars and is suitable for children.

Extras:

• BBQ use available for an additional $60 NZD per stay
• Portacot, high chair, and baby bath available on request for $50 per stay (please provide 3 days’ notice)
• Minimum 3-night stay required between Dec 23 – Jan 2

House Rules:

• No pets, parties, or indoor smoking
• Maximum of 6 guests
• At least one guest must be 25+ years old
